ICMG Consulting Partners - Two Paths. One Mission. Reinventing Consulting for the Next 100 Years

Updated: 6 days ago

Some join consulting to advise. We created these tracks for those who want to restructure the enterprise.

Because the consulting ladders of the past—McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture—were built on different assumptions:

  1. That influence comes from billing power.

  2. That transformation is an output of slide decks.

  3. That leadership is earned by tenure, not by transformation.

But we’ve spent 26 years proving otherwise.

We learned that lasting enterprise change only happens when structure is understood—not just org charts and functions, but the actual anatomy of an enterprise.

And so, we built a new kind of partnership system.

Not one track. But two parallel engines.

The Foundation: “One Enterprise. One Anatomy.”

Before you choose a path, you must see the map.

At ICMG, our foundation isn’t a framework. It’s a working enterprise operating system—built from 2,500+ real-world projects across finance, telecom, healthcare, manufacturing, media, retail, and more.

We call it the Enterprise Anatomy Model—and it’s been validated through:

  • 26 years of enterprise transformation

  • Global rating programs across 30+ countries

  • Partnerships with CXOs who don’t have time for theory

This model connects strategy, systems, operations, and outcomes—across departments, across industries, and across borders.

Every role at ICMG—whether you’re executing or expanding—is anchored to this anatomy.

Track 1: The Consulting Delivery Track – Masters of Execution

If your strength lies in diagnosis, design, and execution—this is your arena.

You don’t just talk about transformation. You engineer it. You look at a finance

department and find the root cause of its reporting failure.

You walk into a telecom enterprise and rebuild its product launch anatomy.

You carry X-ray vision—not to predict, but to reveal.

This track is about solving problems others can’t even see.

The 5 Levels of Mastery

1. Associate Partner (Industry or Department) Starts with deep diagnostics and structured interventions using the 6-perspective anatomy model.

2. Senior Consultant Partner(Industry or Department) Leads consulting engagements, manages cross-functional execution, and builds transformation prototypes.

3. Principal Consultant Partner(Industry or Department) Owns industry or department-wide reinvention; publishes playbooks and creates replicable transformation models.

4. Country Practice Head Builds delivery excellence across a nation; mentors senior consultants; integrates national client ecosystems.

5. Global Practice Head Shapes consulting doctrine; drives thought leadership and global standardization across sectors.

This isn’t a staircase. It’s a transformation crucible. Each step expands your impact and mastery.

Track 2: The Business Track – Builders of Regional Influence

Some transform from the inside. Others ignite transformation from the outside.

If you’re a relationship builder, ecosystem shaper, or visionary grounded in business development, this is your track.

You don’t just grow revenue.

You grow anatomy conversations across cities.

You build the bridge between problem owners and solution architects.

You host events. Guide enterprises. Activate think tanks.

This is not sales. This is city-level leadership.

The Business Growth Pathway

City Business Partner (CBP) leads ICMG in one city. Owns regional enterprise outreach, event hosting, and solution alignment.

→ Some CBPs will expand into multiple cities.→ Some will build full business units in their geography.→ Others may co-lead national expansion programs with Delivery Track Heads.

This is your city. You’re not an employee. You’re a builder of an enterprise ecosystem.

Why We Designed Two Tracks (Not One Long Ladder)

Because growth and delivery are different arts. Because a transformation surgeon is not the same as a market builder. Because the enterprise needs both.

But they must share the same brain:The Anatomy.

Which Track Should You Choose?

If you...

  • Think like a surgeon and act like an architect → Start with Delivery Track

  • Thrive on building ecosystems and shaping the market → Begin as a City Business Partner

  • Want to do both, over time → Cross-pollination is not only allowed—it’s encouraged

Because in our model, value isn’t created by hierarchy. It’s created by precision, alignment, and enterprise outcomes.

This Is Not Consulting as You Know It

This is not an up-or-out model. This is not “move up by managing more people.” This is a system of transformation roles—for builders, healers, architects, and influencers.

You will:

  1. Use Enterprise Anatomy Model and Dynamic X-rays instead of static frameworks

  2. See problems others missed for years using Stage 2-7 Problem Analysis Framework

  3. Guide enterprises across industries, cities, and countries

  4. Become the architect of their longevity by focussing on strategy to execution using Steps 1-13 Strategy Execution

The anatomy is real. The demand is global. The only question is—Which path will you lead?
