This “Enterprise Architecture” covered perhaps 2–3 of the airline’s 15 core departments – maybe ~20% of the enterprise – leaving the other ~80% of the organization unmapped and unmanaged by any unified architecture.

What was built: PMS systems, loyalty dashboards, smart bookings, OTA engines, feedback tools. What was missed: The system design for how hospitality operates, adapts, and delivers trust at scale.

Assets were managed. Capital was deployed. But the enterprise structure behind sovereign investment was never architected.

Data was captured. Bills were issued. But the enterprise structure behind water, electricity, and utility operations — across distribution, outage response, planning, and reform — was never architected.

The process was digitized. But the structure of public procurement — across demand, approvals, evaluation, reform, and vendor relationships — was never architected.
