This role begins with a city-focused practice, but expands as you grow—across cities, and eventually across borders.
Each Senior Consultant works within a dedicated industry zone (exclusive by city), forming the bridge between ICMG’s global consulting structure and deep local expertise.

3. What Makes This Different From Other Consulting Models
The Senior Consultant (Industry) doesn’t deliver slide decks. You deliver transformation—using tools that connect strategy to operations with precision.

You’ll operate using:
Industry-specific Enterprise Anatomy views that allow you to guide clients from goals to systems to implementation
Most consultants stop at abstraction. You’ll go deeper, tie decisions to systems, and create one-page enterprise models clients can run for years.
4. Multi-Level Progression Within the Role
We recognize that industry leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all. So we’ve structured this role with progression levels:
Industry – City Level Lead transformation engagements in your metro across your sector.
Industry – Regional Level Expand your consulting footprint across multiple cities and client networks.
Industry - Country Operate nationally, lead cross-city strategy, mentor junior partners, and influence ICMG’s industry playbooks.
You can continue growing within the industry track—or transition into Partner, Industry Managing Partner, or even City Business Partner.
