Prolifics is a digital product engineering company catering to various verticals by offering IT solutions. We work in many geographies and cater to different clients, offering various technology platform implementations.
For our enterprise project and resource management, we have built enterprise system called PPM, in house. Over the years we have finetuned that system which offers us resource management, time sheet management, project allocations, tracking and invoicing, financial reporting and fair amount of project management functions.
Over last 10 years the data has grown substantially thru our organic and in organic growth and the financial and business reporting modules are unable to cope with. Besides there is a demand to build near-real time and interactive reports and data visualization to facilitate senior management to make quick business decisions, which is difficult task for custom made applications. The existing reporting modules are static and time consuming and allows very little flexibility. Even the performance of existing reports was deteriorating.

Process Architecture
Business process Models were created for Sales, Finance, Operations and Delivery in support of the above strategies.
System Architecture
System Architecture was developed to support the above Business Processes for system functions such as Enterprise Project Budgeting, Account System, Talent Master, Skills Master, Customer Master.
Technical Architecture
Technical Architecture was created enabling the System Architecture for components such as Data Warehouse, Data Integration, Data Analytics, Security, Active Directory, IoT Telemetry.
Implementation Model
Implementation of the Technical Architecture was achieved through products including MySQL, Apache Superset, Apache Druid, Debezium, nifi, Kafka.
Operational Models
Ability to change product mix and targeting right customers have increased sales by 5% Q-o-Q . 10% improvement in gross margins thru must grow accounts and measurement of profitability. 30% productivity improvement for Sales team. 40% improvement in the productivity of operations (eliminating IT support hours). Potential growth – improve utilization by 10% thru bench analysis interactive report Already acquired 1 customer in UK and 3 more in the final stages of discussions in US and UK.
