From the UAE General Authority for Youth and the Ministry of Community Development, to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Sport and General Authority for Youth Welfare, Qatar’s Ministry of Sports and Youth, Bahrain’s Ministry of Youth Affairs, Oman’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth — every nation had flagship programs, investments, and campaigns.
Youth festivals were vibrant. Sports events were televised. Innovation hubs and AI upskilling platforms were launched.
But beneath the surface, we found the same structural void:
Campaigns were run. Events were hosted. But the enterprise structure behind youth engagement and sports governance — across education, wellness, career readiness, federations, and inter-ministerial action — was never architected.

National youth and sports policy frameworks
Portals for volunteer registration, event sign-ups, and innovation challenges
AI and digital skill platforms for high school and university students
