Advisory Group–Enterprise Strategy & Architecture
About
Welcome to the ICMG Global Advisory Group—where structural thinkers, enterprise strategists, and transformation leaders from every corner of the world come together to shape the future of enterprise logic.
The ICMG Global Advisory Group is a worldwide community of enterprise leaders, strategists, transformation architects, and system thinkers committed to advancing the structural intelligence of enterprises across industries and geographies.
Unlike conventional forums that focus on trends or tools, this group is grounded in the belief that enterprises must be understood as complete, coherent systems. Through the lens of the ICMG Enterprise Anatomy Model, members explore how strategy, execution, and sustainability can be aligned—regardless of scale, sector, or region.
Purpose & Contribution:
Global Exchange of Models: Members share and critique enterprise models across contexts—whether from retail in the U.S., telecom in the Middle East, or banking in India.
Cross-Pollination of Structural Insights: Ideas don’t stay confined to industries or countries. Innovations from one sector are translated into patterns usable in another.
Foundation for Regional Tracks: The global group serves as the discovery platform from which regional advisory bodies and award boards emerge.
Key Themes:
How do enterprises achieve structural alignment across strategy, process, system, and operations?
What universal patterns can be distilled from cross-industry success?
How do we move from frameworks and theories to executable, anatomy-driven blueprints?
A Global Community With Purpose
Whether you are a CxO, transformation leader, or enterprise architect, this group offers access to thought leadership, collaborative modeling, international Think Tanks, and early previews of ICMG Anatomy frameworks and events.
This is not a discussion group.
It’s a strategic working ground—designed for those who believe that the way an enterprise is built matters as much as what it produces.
Group Rules
1. Focus on Systemic Insight, Not Framework Fandom
This group is for structural thinkers—leaders who go beyond buzzwords to decode how real enterprises succeed or collapse. ✦ Don’t just name-drop frameworks—share how and where they fail or succeed structurally. ✦ Use models, not mantras. Depth wins here.
2. Anchor Discussions in Enterprise Anatomy
Every insight should relate to one or more of the six enterprise perspectives: Strategy Process System Component Implementation Operations ✦ Use this lens to explain failures, design interventions, or challenge assumptions. ✦ If your post floats outside these—pause and realign.
3. No Selling. No Signaling. No Slogans.
This is a high-trust, expert group, not a marketplace or LinkedIn clone. ✦ No pitches, webinars, or tool promotions. ✦ No humblebrags or posting for visibility’s sake. ✦ Case studies are welcome—but only if tied to enterprise structure.
4. Respect Contextual Confidentiality
Many discussions here stem from high-stakes transformation efforts, rating evaluations, or leadership missteps. ✦ Do not share names or screenshots outside the group. ✦ Treat insights as privileged—even if anonymized.
5. Clarity Over Complexity
You’re expected to bring clarity, not jargon. Model your logic, challenge thinking—but do it cleanly. ✦ If you disagree, don’t just counter. Reframe using anatomy. ✦ Posts like “It depends” or “This is subjective” must still be backed by structural logic.
6. Active Minds, Active Membership
This isn’t a spectator zone. It’s a living lab. ✦ Minimum one engagement every 30 days—comment, question, model, or feedback. ✦ Dormant accounts will be quietly archived to maintain group health.
7. One Enterprise, One Anatomy
This group exists to reinforce ICMG’s core principle: Strategy without execution is fiction, and execution without structure is chaos. ✦ Use anatomy to connect strategy to system, vision to configuration, and departments to enterprise goals.
8. Moderated for Signal, Not Status
ICMG moderators will guide, reshape, or pause discussions—not to control, but to protect value. ✦ Threads may be edited for clarity, rerouted to a better group, or closed for alignment.
9. Contribution Opens Doors: From Insight to Influence
This is more than a group—it's a gateway. Members who consistently demonstrate clarity, structural thinking, and enterprise insight will be invited to go beyond discussion and into real impact. That includes: Co-authoring ICMG blogs viewed by thousands of industry leaders Speaking at Think Tanks or regional roundtables Joining the Ratings Jury, evaluating real enterprise transformation programs across regions and industries Insight is the entry point. Influence is what follows.
10. Advisory Access: Licensed for Education, Not for Commercial Use
As part of their participation, Advisory Group members are granted access to: The Enterprise Anatomy methodology and models The Stage 2–7 Problem Analysis Framework Industry-specific "One Enterprise, One Anatomy" models This access is provided strictly for educational and awareness-building purposes within the Advisory Group environment. Any commercial use—such as integration into client engagements, internal consulting frameworks, or proprietary tools—requires a formal license and agreement with ICMG. This ensures the integrity, quality, and appropriate application of the Enterprise Anatomy models in both public and private sector settings.
