If senior ministers, secretaries, and key officers were rotated tomorrow, how much of the State’s execution logic would silently disappear? Treating EA (IT) as “Enterprise Architecture” is structurally similar to studying the human skeleton and assuming it represents the entire human anatomy. The skeleton is essential. It provides structure and support. But it does not explain circulation, respiration, immunity, or neural control. No physician would confuse skeletal anatomy with the anatomy of the human body.
