About the event
Event Description
Most enterprises believe they have architecture because they have clean code, microservices, APIs, cloud deployment, and modern DevOps pipelines. But code structure is not architecture.
In many organizations, what is called “architecture” is actually P5 implementation work — coding, configuration, deployment, integration, and platform setup. Useful work, but not the same as explicit enterprise anatomy.
The real architecture sits earlier:
P1 Strategy — what decision or value outcome must be achieved
P2 Process — how the enterprise sequence must work
